Nightmare Before Christmas Black Light Makeup How-To
The Nightmare Before Christmas is one of the most visually striking Halloween movies I can think of. Director Henry Selick (who recently confirmed Nightmare is indeed a Halloween movie and not a Christmas film) and Tim Burton created Halloween Town and painted a memorable picture of Jack Skellington’s world. Any character from the movie would be a great choice for a Halloween costume, but you can also go more broad with your costume ideas. Makeup artist Katie Alves painted a beautiful scene from Nightmare Beore Christmas onto her face with makeup that works with a black light. She spent eight hours filming a tutorial so others can replicate the look. I think it would go amazingly well with a black dress or outfit.
