The Golden Apple by Love Hultèn Replicates the Classic Macintosh in a Walnut Finish

Great looking retro redesign, via designboom.

the ‘macintosh 128k’, was originally released as the apple macintosh, was the first personal computer realized by the company. ‘the golden apple’ by love hultèn is a bespoke replica and a tribute to the 128k. the project is handmade from american walnut instead of molded plastics, but the dimensions are kept unaltered. the replica has a handle built into the top of the case for lifting.
