Haunted Mansion Tightrope Walker Living Statue Costume

haunted mansion cosplay

Some residents of Disney Parks’ Haunted Mansion attraction have become quite famous. The spirits featured in the portraits in the stretching room are well known among Disney enthusiasts — especially the tightrope walker. Artist Nora See has a take on the costume I’ve never seen before, and it’s another example of how you can make your costume stand out even if it features a character dozens of others have dressed as. Nora became a living statue version of the tightrope walker; instead of wearing the purple and green dress, she painted herself, the gown, and props to look like bronze. The result is eerie but gorgeous.
