I will never not be impressed with the amount of things that can be made from EVA foam and Worbla. Cosplayer Akishuna crafted a replica of barbarian attire from Diablo III and said barbarian’s giant axe for the Montreal Comiccon using those materials. She printed an image of the axe in game and scaled it up. It’s a Two-Handed Mighty Weapon, and even though it was only her first weapon/prop build ever, she completed it in two days.
She said:
I made the breastplate with worbla, indeed. But all the other parts of the armor and the axe were made with EVA foam and craft foam.
