HBO’s Game of Thrones offers a vast world of cosplay inspiration. With all the various houses and different dresses, robes, and armor, the options are endless. Megabethbob Cosplay took on replicating Cersei Lannister’s look at the Purple Wedding and though it involved crafting an elegant and challenging gown, sculpting a necklace, styling a wig, and doing an insane amount of embroidery, she nailed it.
A ton of time went into that insane amount of embroidery. Megabethbob estimates she spent just over 100 hours to complete it all. Wow. And it was her first ever attempt at embroidery! You can see an close-up of one of the completed lion’s heads below.
