The Legend of Dragoon was a video game released in 1999, and even if you don’t know it, you can still appreciate this Rose costume worn by Lightbringer Illumina and made by Issabel Cosplay. The female heroine/warrior is key to the game. The cosplay features different kinds of textured armor and wings. Lightbringer says:
Probably one of the best cosplays I have ever worn. Chest piece is actually a mannequin that I had to expand a lot more with a heat gun and form to my body which took over a week to do. I repainted everything as well. All was originally made by Issabel Cosplay. She made this for me as a commission and she did such a great job! I’m like a model on runway for her brand name clothing… haha except it’s armor.
