Thanks so much to Kevin for sending us this tip! Kevin writes:
The app is still a work in progress. But my latest release of the app smoothed out some of the user control as well as added some nifty gadgets – like an Aux Switch Panel to remotely turn thingamagigs on or off.
The app-to-sketch architecture is unique in that it was designed for
tinkers/hackers that want to create their own modes (LED sequences). Check out the github repo for the details. After you update the sketch with your new mode code, just re-open the app or hit the reload icon in the app and your new mode will magically appear in the mode list in the app.
Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
