Plane Fueled by Solar Panels Crosses the Pacific


The Solar Impulse 2, an airplane powered entirely by solar panels, landed last Sunday in California after crossing the Pacific.  The 2 person crew now looks forward to crossing America on it’s way towards Abu Dhabi- and completing the first solar powered circumnavigation of the globe.
