In the category of cosplay I haven’t seen before, Redditor pulpheroe dressed like the Torch of Gondor. The beacon appears in the book and movie Return of the King; it’s the third part of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. They’re sneakily lit in Gondor in order to set off the beacons to alert Rohan that Gondor needs assistance. The beacons have been lit. The Torch looks to be cosplayed by performance artist Tori Wranes, and yes, the fire is real.
