We were quite surprised about the announcement this Tuesday. Just a few months ago Pinshape announced they were shutting down. So it’s nice to see Formlabs stepping in and preventing that from happening.
After the shutdown date came, they surprisingly got mysterious investment and announced they weren’t closing and had an overwhelming amount of support from the community.
We ourself opened up an account and started uploading our projects to the site.
Kerry Stevenson from Fabbaloo has an interesting post about it here.
