Update – The return of Quirky? @quirky @benkaufman Auxiliary … aux.space ? @normalears store closed?
Huh, update from our post on Thursday, Ben the former CEO of Quirky has taken down the instagram photos and the Tweet promoting the new company / space “Auxiliary”… Step 1, 2, 3 is still up, 4 was the space (profit is not up yet).
The photo above is from when we walked by, the giant LED sign inside says GO BIG OR GO HOME. The metal ears from Norml are still on the doors and as far as we can tell they’ve kept the super $$$ 3D printers and walled it off to make it a makerspace or something, maybe it’s a “hardware incubator”.
Previous Quirky posts here, it will be interesting to see what’s up and if this new company is part of Quirky in some way…
