Biohack: Feel Earthquakes Using a Magnet Implant

These two are great. Moon Ribas on the right has a magnet implant above her elbow that allows her to feel earthquakes. Her iPhone has a custom app that is sending quake data over to her. She performs by dancing to the quakes which can average one every eight minutes.

It is not clear to me what she is using to trigger the implanted magnet. Perhaps an external electromagnet being pulsed to indicate the quake duration and intensity? Checkout some of their other projects. This is the first I’ve heard of cyborg activists outside of science fiction.
