NeoPixel Ring Clock Flashes Bright with Random Animations
The NeoPixel ring is just for show as the actual time is displayed on the four 7-segment displays. In the video below you can see it changes animation sequences at the top of every minute – and boy is it bright when it’s bright! Full bill of materials, schematics and code are here at Hackster.io.
The project has 6 different algorithms to animate the clock. They switched randomly depends of the current time. The ring led color changes randomly too.
