You know the deal: it’s a bird, it’s a plane … Nope. It’s a NASA-engineered ‘super pressure balloon‘ carrying a gamma-ray telescope. And if you think it appears diminutive, NASA reports the device is “as large as 92 Goodyear blimps” when fully inflated at mid-latitudes.
