Falcon 9 Rocket Re-Entry Accidentally Photographed in Stunning Composite Image @SpaceX

Photographer Zach Grether frequently produces images of the night sky and the Milky Way. These require multiple images layered together – in a process he explains in this PetaPixel blog – and was recently in the right place at the right time to capture the re-entry of SpaceX‘s Falcon 9 rocket, seen from several hundred miles away:
