Custom Gift Boxes with Diffraction Pattern Lids #woodworking
NYC-based maker Hannah Mishin recently crafted these lovely ‘diffraction pattern boxes,’ each with a unique lid design. You can check out more build shots here and completed object photographs here.
Six unique boxes, made from wood. The lids have an end-grain butcher block design with poplar inlay. The design was inspired by diffraction grating, and is comprised of many species of wood.
Each of the six boxes is unique, as each was hand crafted.
