Why wear a smart wrist band when you can wear a ring? This is one gorgeous health tracking device. New to the market, comes in three colors and has an app. Oura claims to improve sleep and optimize performance. I think we can all use that. My current fitness trackers just record the steps and sleep and I’ve hit a plateau in terms of progress.
The ŌURA ring can automatically tell when you are sleeping. While you sleep, the ŌURA ring analyzes the quality of your rest and recovery by measuring your heart rate (optically), respiration rate, body temperature, and movement. During the day, the ŌURA ring automatically measures all your physical activity and time spent inactive. The ring counts your daily steps and total distance traveled. It also estimates the calories burned per day.
