Watch it Flow: Using Bismuth Solder Paste on a 0.4mm Pitch SMD

Charles Lohr talks through – and shows – some of the benefits of using bismuth (low-temperature) solder paste. Charles has been using bismuth solder paste for some years, but this is the smallest pitch application I’ve seen him use with it. And that moment when the paste heats up and flows is so very rewarding. Watch:
