The Great Fairy appears in the Legend of Zelda title Hyrule Warriors. Redditor exteenaw made the first costume based on the character I’ve seen, and it closely matches what’s on the screen with the long pink hair, pointy ears, leaves, and flowy clothing. She’s carrying a prop of a jar with Link — which is how the Great Fairy fights in the game.
Exteenaw discussed how she made the leaf bra and shared some photos (displayed below). She ordered a deep plunge bra from the web and then sewed on sleeves and faux leaves.
