He-Man Shield Made from Floor Mats

I Like to Make Stuff’s Bob Clagett has studied Punished Props’ foamsmithing techniques and Adam Savage’s weathering tips, and he used the information to craft his own prop. He used inexpensive foam floor mats to make a replica of He-Man’s shield. Along with the foam floor mat, he used filling primer, metallic spray paint, Barge, and a few other supplies to craft the prop — everything he used is listed in the description of the above YouTube video.
