She’s the busy mother of three boys, but Mariam Abbas (@mariamabbas_) makes time to draw — on her terms. “Detail takes a very long time, so I do miniature drawings,” the 32-year-old illustrator says. Armed with razor-sharp pencils, Mariam spends small pockets of time (adding up to a total of eight to 12 hours!) on her coin-sized illustrations inspired by the United Arab Emirates
