Fact or fun-fiction? The “I see U” “art project” will be unveiled today at Trailerpark I/O in Copenhagen, and claims to convert audio listened to and received via a homemade handheld parabolic dish into a stream of animated GIFs siphoned using GIPHY’s API and archives.
