Overwatch’s Soldier: 76 is sort of an archetypal soldier type in the game, and he wears a mask that covers most of his face. Mark of Celtic Props is constructing some Soldier: 76 costume pieces and showed off the finished mask. He used foam and acrylic sheets along with LEDs to craft the mask:
Mask is made entirely out of scratch using EVA Foams with luminescent clear strip enhanced with LED for the lights and black tinted acrylic sheet for the visor.

I am trying to figure out what exactly he used for that lighted strip in the visor. He said it was flexible plastic or rubber with LEDs at edges . The material transmitted the light across the strip. Does anyone know what product this is or where one can get something like it?
