The NY Quantified Self group has recently posted a number of fun show & tell talks. Ben Ahrens shares some personal experiences in his talk “The Simplified Self: Misadventures in Overtracking“. Ben improved his life by tracking less and reducing his routines to help him focus. He suggests that it helps to review what we are tracking with someone else in order to determine what really matters. Less is more.
