While I’ve seen a handful of costumes inspired by Disney’s Zootopia, I haven’t seen too many that are full on fur builds. Colleen of Dragonsquared has experience with making anthropomorphic costumes and so she tackled a replica of Judy Hopps. She managed to build the costume in two and a half weeks even though she created the entire pattern from scratch — the head, hands, and feet. She based proportions on the design model of Judy and scaled them up to fit a human rather than a bunny. She wrote on Make, “The costume features 3D printed eye sclera, resin teeth, custom carved foam head and feet, and some specialty modified fake fur fabric.”
