Adabox is open for subscribers again! #Adabox

If you were not able to get a subscription for round 1, fear not! We are taking Adabox subscriptions again as of today, September 12th. Head here to get your subscription for box 2!

Here’s some more info from our detailed FAQ page.

Why is AdaBox continental U.S. only?

This is our first subscription service and, to keep things simple for the first round, we decided to provide free UPS ground in the continental U.S. for all AdaBox orders.  This way we can make sure we provide a great customer experience to the first round of subscribers.

Will AdaBox ever ship internationally?

Maybe! After we get through the first round, we’ll take a look and see what we can do.  No guarantees but we’re listening to requests and are trying our best to make it happen.

Why is there a cap on the number of subscribers?

We wanted to make sure that we could build a great customer experience around AdaBox and then expand from there.  This was really, really popular – so thank you! – and we’re going to try and find ways to accommodate more subscribers for our second box.

How much is it?

$60 a quarter, which includes free UPS Ground to the continental United States.

Will all the stuff in the video be in my AdaBox?

Nope! Some of the items in the video might be in your AdaBox, other things won’t (like watermelon or The Art of Electronics).  The mystery is part of the fun.

  1. Since this was the base beginner kit , what is the point of starting now ? Won’t they (kids) be missing some essential stuff to do the “lessons” . How can I get them up to speed with the folks that got in? I don’t really want to by 2X everything in that box al-la-carte. Will Box#1 be reissued?

  2. Please, at least ship to Hawaii. I’d be happy to pay extra shipping, but my son and I would love to get an electronic surprise box every few months.

  3. Hi Joseph – The boxes are each stand alone, you don’t need to have the first box to enjoy learning with the second box!

Wade – we are working on potentially adding Hawaii, stay tuned!

Update! We are now shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico!
