Architecture 3D visualizer turned Pastry Chef Dinara Kasko #ArtTuesday
These pastries are works of architectural art, Via Metro
This is raspberry cake. It is filled with raspberry mousse, cremeux, confit and sponge cake. It is then covered in a shiny red glaze. So shiny.
Do try not to lick the screen.
This cake is just one of the many incredible creations by Ukrainian pastry chef Dinara Kasko that you can drool over on her Instagram page.
Seriously, this woman doesn’t make a bad looking cake.
And you probably won’t be surprised to learn that, before she got into baking, Dinara worked as an architect-designer and a 3D visualizer, after studying architecture at college.
