NEW PRODUCTS – @arrow_dot_com Presents: Back to School with LadyAda Packs

So maybe it’s not “back to school” season any more – but here at Adafruit, we like to think that it’s always a good time to learn something new, which we guess means that everywhere we go is a proverbial school that we’re perpetually going back to.

To celebrate the continual season, we partnered with our good friends at Arrow Electronics to release custom packs of goodies called Arrow Presents: Back to School with LadyAda. Three packs are available for users with varying degrees of experience in electronics.

For beginners, there’s the Arduino Solder Free Pack. If you don’t know how to solder, the world of Arduino can be an intimidating one. This pack is designed to be solder-free, so even folks who don’t want to use a soldering iron, or aren’t ready to learn new soldering skills, can still pick up an Arduino and start to understand the code and complexities of single board computing.

This pack is perfect for the maker who’s looking to learn how to solder or simply hone their skills. Each pack comes with essential soldering tools and kits, hand chosen by Ladyada, that will get you started on your soldering journey.

This pack contains everything you need to get started in the world of the ‘Internet of Things.’ Centered around the Feather HUZZAH – our flagship IoT board based on the ESP8266 WiFi-enabled chip – this pack contains sensors, components, servos, and more.
