Enclosure for AA-AB41132 Sure Bluetooth BT2.1 Audio Receiver #3DThursday

Depending on the precision of you printer this should print out and go together without much difficulty. If it prints ok on my old Afinia 479 it should be great on newer printers. I use ABS for my stuff, so not sure how PLA will work.

Designed for 4-40 3/8″ machine screws. For my printer tolerances it doesn’t require tapping holes for the screws. They cut their own threads the first time in.

Of course don’t forgot to orient the side panels so they print flat on the print bed. Also make sure to print the top plate upside down from how it is shown right now. If you don’t it will require a bunch of support material.

The front panel may need a slight revision, for the headphone jack hole. Probably not perfectly centered over jack, but should be ok. My picture shows old version, haven’t printed it again since trying to adjust the location. The file on here is for newer version.

This box was made to print in pieces. I wanted a modular design that might be adaptable later for other uses. My design philosophy for 3D printing is not to try and make things that print as one sold unit unless absolutely necessary . If problems happen you waste a lot of time and material. You also have to wait long periods to print again when making small revisions.
