Then Daniel Humm, who not only told GQ it was one of his favorite things, but also began producing a version of Davis’ recipe in the kitchen of Eleven Madison Park to distribute en masse.
In early 2014 Early Bird Foods & Co. relocated to its much-sought-after location in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, and is spreading its wings in a huge new kitchen.
