pinshape-cosplay-contest

Last month, we helped sponsor Pinshape’s Design For Electronics contest and recently announced the winners.

Pinshape is now holding a new contest just for Prop makers and cosplay designers. They’re offering some really big prizes for this one, including the all new Ultimaker 3 and Ultimaker 2 Go. The basics are you create a prop or model from one of your favorite movies, video games, or books and upload it to Pinshape’s site.

If you’re interest, go check out the contest page for rules, eligibility and the judging criteria. You have about a month to enter until the deadline (November 24, 2016).

Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
