Many of the little monsters in Pokémon are cute and possibly furry or fluffy, but you can make a Pokémon costume in a different image. Friggin Boom Toys turned Pikachu into a battle ready warrior with armor. He specifically designed the armor with a post-apocalyptic feel. He documented the build progress of his Pikachu wastelander armor with videos on YouTube. He goes over materials and has plenty of in-progress footage to illustrate each step.
