BioHack Academy

The WAAG Society of Amsterdam is accepting students for the 4th edition of their BioHack Academy. A 10 day course that takes place on two full days per week is being offered at their Open Wetlab BioHack space. The course claims that students will be taught an impressive set digital skills. Classes start at the end of January 2017.

  • Open design licensing

  • All the tools you will build yourself
  • Laser cutter (BMR)
  • 3D printer (various)
  • Arduino processing language
  • Inkscape 2D design
  • SketchUp and FreeCAD 3D modelling
  • OpenSCAD 3D modelling
  • PyMol protein rendering
  • Fritzing electronic circuit design
  • Markdown language
  • GitHub
