League of Legends’ Sivir has a chakram that, like most props in the game, is as large as life. Volpin Props built a version of the weapon for Riot Games to display at PAX East. After developing reference images, he crafted one blade section to duplicate to create all four sections. He made them from tooling board and SmoothCast 320 resin before polishing them and casting them. As usual, the complete process is documented at Volpin Props’ blog.
