Nuts are loaded with with good fats, slow carbs, vitamins and minerals. I put together a chart comparing the common nuts to each other. It also includes some seeds and a single legume. The color coating for peak nutrients is blue (highest), red (2nd) and gold (3rd).
This chart might be useful for others who have to take a variety of supplements. Last year I suffered through muscle cramps (magnesium/potassium/sodium deficiency) and found out that I have the MTHFR gene mutation. Increasing folate intake can help with the MTHFR gene. I find this chart invaluable. It allows one to quickly comprehend the massive differences between these nuts, seeds and legume.
