Ravi Mistry has recently got into Life Logging. He was inspired by the “Dear Data” project which featured hand illustrations of daily life that became a book. Ravi decided to use an IFTT (if this, then that) recipe that would record the temperature around him for the month of October. He probably used one of these two applets 1 or 2. It is empowering to see just how easily this kind of data can be collected and elegantly arranged. The full interactive image can be experienced on tableau.com.
Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
