Some cosplayers make the leap from making costumes as a hobby to becoming professionals. Yaya Han has followed that path. I’ve featured her work a few times, but her cosplay portfolio is so extensive, I could easily post about one of her creations every week. She puts a lot of research and time into her costumes and is always willing to share information about her processes online — as well as as encouragement for other cosplayers. MyxTV features her in their digital series My Motto to learn about her beginnings to what it’s like to be a professional cosplayer. It might give you a boost of making inspiration.
