The United States of America is a nation of immigrants and that is our strength. We do not agree with excluding people based on their religion or where they come from geographically, this is against the principles of America.
One small story, on Friday January 27th (yesterday) it was holocaust remembrance day. Ladyada’s relatives were killed in the holocaust, Ladyada’s father was born in the middle east, he later applied and went to MIT in the USA and earned a Ph.D in Aeronautics and Astronautics.

I left Iran as an 11-yr old, during the Reagan admin. America helped my family escape a bloody war. @codeorg wouldn't exist otherwise.
Many of us are here because someone came from somewhere else looking for a better life, a place to make a difference and have the freedoms America stands for.
