I would just like to say I am enormously impressed with Adafruit’s customer support.
Following my initial post on this forum and then contacting support direct by email, as requested and following their instructions, I have already received a message telling me the order is on its way – only the postal service can screw up now..
All done and dusted within a few days. Well done guys!!
OTOH, I am still waiting for an EU adaptor (worth a few cents) for a psu which I purchased about three months ago from another supplier, located only a couple of hundred kilometres from where I live. I have lost count of the number of emails this has generated, they could learn a lot from you guys.
