NRF52 Bluetooth Low Energy Module PCB Using Laser Printer / Silver Paste Method

Thanks to Rich for writing in with a follow up to his laser printed PCB method that we posted about back in December! He writes:

A few months ago you shared my silver-paste / laser printed PCB method – https://blog.adafruit.com/2016/12/18/no-etch-circuit-boards-on-your-laser-printer/ – thanks!

I recently did my first “real” project using this approach – a complete BLE module utilizing Nordic’s NRF52 chip:

I think the NRF52’s 0.4mm QFN40 package is pushing the edge of what’s possible with this method. I had some challenges getting things working – but I think this shows the method is could be useful for prototyping projects.
