Cell appears in Dragon Ball Z as a creation of Dr. Warrior; he was a perfect warrior — but sometimes he was in his Imperfect form. That’s the look cosplayer D-Jacko decided to go for with his costume. He made the armor from foam and applied quite the impressive paint finish to the sealed armor. It was his first Dragon Ball Z costume and he made it for the Jakarta Toys and Comics Fair that took place on February 11-12. He had to do some serious sculpting to make the EVA foam take on the shape of muscled armor. You can see what I mean in the photo below.
