Star Wars Rebels’ Darksaber Is a Different Kind of Lightsaber
The darksaber was introduced to Star Wars in The Clone Wars and recently appeared in Star Wars Rebels. This is where you should stop reading if you don’t want Rebels spoilers. The legendary weapon now belongs to Sabine Wren. Since it’s fundamentally different than lightsabers, the darksaber has an unique appearance — it’s black with glowing edges. Robinson Creations made a replica of the weapon using acrylic. It’s sanded in such a way that the edges reflect the light. You can see a couple making of pictures below. I think it makes a great companion piece to this LEGO version of the darksaber.
