Nursery Robot Connected to CheerLights

Thanks to Hans for sending in this tip! Hans writes:

I found a nightlight on Amazon that could be controlled using an IR remote control. You can change the color of the robot’s glow. I wanted to synchronize the color to the CheerLights color, so I built an Internet IR transmitter with a Particle Photon.
