While Kamui Cosplay frequently makes awesome armor and costume pieces from Worbla, she’s also a big fan of EVA foam. It’s versatile and cheap. Getting the foam ready for painting can be a time consuming process, but if you put the elbow grease in, correctly prepared EVA foam can make for beautiful armor. In the above video, Kamui Cosplay goes over the basics of shaping and sealing the foam but focuses on sealing and priming the pieces for painting.
