Turning a Mask into a Pokémon Magikarp Helmet

Redditor and YouTuber Friggin Boom Toys found himself with a blank foam helmet, and since he’s been crafting prop weapons with a Pokémon twist lately, he decided to connect the helmet to Magikarp. He was inspired by medieval stylings when he made his helmet, though I think some other periods are present in the finished product as well. He used EVA foam to add the fins and finished the helmet with spray and acrylic paints. Learn more about the process in the below video.
