Repaired 25cc String Trimmer Engine Powers Homemade Plywood #RCboat | #WhipperSnipper

Several years ago Forrest Trenaman built a 25cc gas engine-powered RC boat. He concluded the sixth video with mention of a follow-up video to address some quirks revealed in the test drive, but that video never materialized. Regardless the 6-part build series is pretty informative and very impressive on the water, considering the low cost of materials (including a fixer-engine and generic plywood). Hopefully this inspires someone else to build a similar RC boat design if you’re interested in this sort of thing — in other words I’m bookmarking my own post to inspire some boat-building adventures! 🙂
