The Vulture flapped into Spider-Man: Homecoming and made an impression. The villain had a slightly different look than his classic comic threads, and maker Christian Umali replicated the updated style. His costume incorporates LEDs to illuminate the mask, wings, and gauntlets. I wouldn’t want to attempt walking through a convention floor with that wingspan, but they look light enough to hold up. Christian made the framing for the harness with PVC pipe and used EVA foam for the wings. You can see the costume in motion in this Facebook video.
