Check out Grace, an engineering student from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, build this epic Circuit Playground Bike Light Project as part of Digi-Key’s Another Geek Moment – Summer Break Edition. More info up on maker.io!

Millions of students ride their bikes to classes every day and now you can do it style. Watch Grace assemble and program an Adafruit Circuit playground to create a rear bike light that will not only make you visible but also standout from the crowd.

With her modifications, the colors also change based on the temperature so you’ll get warmer colors in the summer and cooler colors in the fall. With Circuit Playground and the Arduino IDE, Digi-Key can help you accessorize your bike so it truly will be that one in a million.
