the elbphilharmonie plaza — a viewing platform elevated 37 metres above ground — is a plaza that offers visitors panoramic views across hamburg from the herzog & de meuron-designed structure. florian müller, head designer at brickmonkey, includes the smallest of details in his LEGO® design. it even features a lightning system that powers certain functions of the structure.
