Pictured above is a screen capture showing a new (late July 2017) feature of GPIOZero for the Raspberry Pi – pinout – which shows the status of the general purpose input/output pins of the Raspberry Pi and additional useful information about your Pi.
Simply enter pinout at the command prompt. If the command is not recognised, do a sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade to update your Raspberry Pi and GPIOZero software to the latest version, and it will then work.
Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
